Mama Awards, Speculation of the award show is half and half this year – half being is it worth watching, half disappointed that some of the favorite-d artists won’t be making an appearance- however, some can just buckle everything else and show up when two of hip hip icons – Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre – rock the MAMA stage this coming week!
Mnet just confirmation this combo stage as they said,
“We feel that we’re taking one step further into truly being called the music ceremony to represent all of Asia, especially with the confirmation of such honorable artists attending from all over the world. They won’t be just making an attendance, as we’re also planning some special performances. Japan’s top singer Koda Kumi, China’s Jane Zhang Liang Ying, Lang Lang, Singapore’s Richard Lee, and Fann Wong will also be coming together.”
Mnet has featured other artists before however nothing of this magnitude. Both artists have accumulated many accolades over the years and have been considered the earliest pioneers of hip hop music.
